Brought in for oil change after that immediately started leaking ,and matinence light came on right away. Called could be normal after oil change . So I let it go, but it continued went back in. Stated we will inspect it for $240 .Has anyone else had this happen? Are they now that desperate for $$$$ .Also recall cards sent to house. I call to ask , they say none . Then I look on line to view them all! What happened to Motor Werks honest, trustworthy, care and customer service 🤔??? So sad!

Took my 2020 QX50 in to see why the windshield washer stream no longer squirted fluid on my windshield. I was just over the warranty point for miles. In Chicago bad weather, this is a must. After a huge cost for diagnosis (over $200) it came back with not one but both nozzles failed. Parts were to be ordered and I was given a cost. I brought my Q50 in for an oil change and received a “complimentary multi-point inspection” which included an inspection of my Automatic Transmission Fluid, which requires the lower engine transmission cover be removed. I was advised that the fluid should be replaced due to its condition. Today I was going to change my Automatic Transmission Fluid and once it came time to remove the lower engine transmission cover I realized that the front pair of bolts had been completely rounded off.
