Service was fantastic! They picked the QX80 up for the oil change and dropped it back off when completed. Communication through the whole process was perfect
sales rep frank did not know the vehicle he was selling at all! he didn’t even know all the cosmetic damages that were on the vehicle and tried to sell me it as if it was brand new which was ridiculous! off the bat, I could tell they did not take me seriously and they had an attitude which is not good when you’re working in sales. do not recommend.
I bought an Audi e-tron Q4 and worked with Heather. She was incredibly helpful and the whole experience was so positive. My husband and I enjoyed working with her and I would highly recommend working with Heather!
I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Motors Werk working with Edwin, Rich the sales manager along with Lorena the GM. They provided A1 services the again provided great customer Service by holding to the promises of two items needed. Rich was out of office and his staff and Heather took care of me assuring the service was completed in a timely manner! Thank you
