Kira was excellent as usual and it is why I ask for her every time. Only complaint was inside of car was not cleaned well.
My service advisor Kira is wonderful. My 1 issue is when I was given a loaner car, I had to pay for any I-Pass charges used with the loaner cars I-Pass. I had my own I-Pass and I would have preferred to use mine instead & not pay to use the 1 in the loaner. I've had other loaners from other companies/dealerships who don't charge to use the I-Pass assigned to their loaner :(
