We used to have such amazing service with this location. Last August we were told we needed a part for our car, but it was backordered. Which was fine, the car was safe to drive, just no AC. Waited, regularly checking in about the part. Called again in January and no one seemed to know what part we were waiting for. Finally called in February and said part was ready. Tommy and Aaron were both very welcoming to the Honda dealership. They were very respectful and gave me all the information upfront. I felt very comfortable during the process of purchasing the car and could not have gotten any better service from them. While discussing pricing i did not feel any sort of pressure and could make a clear headed decision. Everything about the experience i had gotten from them was OUTSTANDING!
