My experience with the service department at Motor Werks Cadillac has been extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. My Cadillac Lyriq has had repeated issues — intermittent screen failures, complete system blackouts, and even 12V battery drain. At one point, I was informed that major components, including parts of the charging system, may need replacement. This is not what anyone expects from a new vehicle in this price range.
