I took my Jaguar e-type to Motor Werke for mechanical refurbishment, had a walk through the facility ,and met many of the employees. It started with Misty, Sophie, Todd , and Eugene. I found everyone enthusiastic and seemed happy to be there. I gave them my wish list and what needed to be done. Thank you Motor Werke! What exceptional customer service you have. I had new tires put on my BMW out of town and driving back the computer was flashing low tire pressure. It needed a reset done in the computer. You fit me in, checked my tire pressure, tighten the lug nuts and reset the computer for free. All part of your exceptional service. It was greatly appreciated.

What an awesome experience! Honest, got the job done that the dealership couldn’t, on time and under budget. What else can I say, killed it. Super happy with the shop. They even gave me a cookie 🍪 haha

Detailed and thorough inspection of my BMW, explanation and video provided of any concerns that were noted. All work performed professionally and vehicle cleaned/detailed when I picked it up!
