I purchased 4 new tires for my X5. Brad and his team took care of the whole process, including the needed rear alignment. All was done perfectly, no fuss, and I got my vehicle back super clean, necessary paperwork for the manufacturer rebate automatically. The price was spot on, leading me to wonder why anyone would go anywhere else.
Very VERY Impressed! Sophie the sevice advisor was excellent. Professional, quick to respond to inquiries and up front with everything being done. The auto industry is right behind politicians on the trust level in society but I can tell you this. Derek--the tech who worked on my wifes VW--installed only what was needed to fix the problem. That honesty saved me $1000 at least! They have earned my respect and I'm most certainly going to return to this shop. Thank you all the staff at Motor Werke!

Great experience from start to finish with Brad and his team. They even put a protective cover on my seat before getting in, small detail, big impression. Everything ran smoothly, like a well-tuned engine. He also went above and beyond to help me follow up on a previous issue from another shop and made sure it could be handled under warranty. Really appreciated that extra effort, even a freshly baked treat from a local bakery - a thoughtful touch to wrap it all up. I’ll definitely be steering my car back here!
