I would have made this zero stars. so I had arranged to drive 100 miles to have a test drive in a car today. when I eventually arrived, after rechecking all ok, I found that the car I had arranged to see was already out on a test drive. the 'assumed' manager, said that someone had turned up at the time I had arranged to be there and the ASSUMED it was me, and allowed the test drive. The did not check the name or details. an apology was given but in the circumstances it is not acceptable. this shows an unprofessional attitude... read more

Fantastic service. Wanted a specific type of car at a fixed price. Was sourced within a week. I collected it from the showroom and was helped through all the paperwork and ready to go. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
