We went in and my mom made an appointment at 9:20 on the little computer in there and we were waiting to be seen and after the people who had appointments before us got helped, the lady asked us who we were and we said a walk in but we still made that appointment, but she insisted that we make an appointment after 10 or 11. Terrible customer service. I've been calling for DAYS with no answer and on hold for hours each time waiting. I am moving here for work and I want to get information that their website is not clear about but God forbid they answer the darn phone!!! I already dislike this county.
