Super sweet folks
The young man working here was pleasant and helpful. He answered all my questions and was friendly. I sure appreciated his help. I was able to get an appointment the same day I looked into making one. That was really nice. With the appointment, I didn't have to sit in the waiting room for hours. I just went in when it was my turn.
This location is appointment only just FYI but I was able to jump on the web and schedule a 150pm appointment when I arrived at 145pm. I felt bad because others did not book an appointment previously either and I was quick and scheduled my appointment immediately and was 1st in line. I apologized for only booking one appointment when I needed 2: one for address change and one for tags. But this story has a happy ending as all tasks were completed in under 15 minutes!
