I dropped off items for work, was told it would take a week. Every week for two and a half months I was told just a little longer, different excuses every time, (employee quit, had to pick up items, working on other jobs, death in the family, personal illness)told me he should have charged more, and at the end only worked on 4 of the 10 items. He told me to pick them up because he wasn’t going to finish them and didn’t charge me for them as if not having to pay for the work makes up for not completing the job.
