Held my car for a week and didn't fix any of the things that actually needed doing. Had to call and chase them constantly for updates and every day the story kept changing, it was very obvious they just hadn't got round to it and were just stalling and making excuses. To top it off they dinged my rear bumper. Avoid.

I would be VERY cautious when using the services of this garage for at least MOT Tests. I booked my MOT Test with Motorsense on 07/07/2026 for the morning of 08/07/2026. My MOT was due to expire on 10/07/2026. I dropped my car off at the garage in the evening of 07/07/2026. After hearing nothing for a majority of the day (08/07), I had to contact the garage (via a phone call) at around 4:00PM to get an update on the status of my car. Very friendly and helpful. Had an afternoon appointment for an MOT but said feel free to bring it in this morning and we can possibly do it sooner. They did. Great price, no hassle. This is exactly how it should be. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.
