Needed a clutch replaced on a recently purchased car with warranty. Oil leak most likely cause of clutch problem. Warranty company required pictures. Obviously didn't take the required pictures and fobbed me off for weeks until I turned up and wouldn't leave. Was then provided with random Google pictures of leaking engine parts (not even the same car model) which the warranty company identified immediately and denied the claim. Used to be go to. Won't be using again.

I was very impressed with prompt and friendly service, I took my car to Motorsence for MOT and service the MOT tester Arman explained everything clearly, and the repairs were completed quickly and professionally. Great value for money, work was done to a high standard. And all mechanics was so friendly. I would definitely high recommend this garage to others.

Booking a car in for a service and a mot was easy and quick turnaround. Booked for both a full service and disks and pads to be charged. Dropped the car off in the morning, and the car was ready by the afternoon. Great price, and the complimentary hot chocolate wasn't too bad.
