EDIT: Have since found out that the issue with my car was a very easy, 5 minute, non expensive fix. Another reason to avoid this place as I was charged £80 for them to plug a diagnostic tool in and he did NOT even LOOK at my car. This garage diagnosed the issue with my car as being something that costs thousands of pounds. In reality, it was indeed an electronic issue that was fixed by changing a fuse. Disappointing experience. Came highly recommended but paid a lot of money just to have diagnostic tool plugged in to tell me... read more
Disappointing experience. Came highly recommended but paid a lot of money just to have diagnostic tool plugged in to tell me something I already knew about the car. Charged an hour’s labour and wouldn’t have taken 10 minutes. Felt dishonest compared to other garages.
