Rating 1 star as 0 isn’t an option. Exceptionally poor customer service. I bought my car a year ago and had nothing but fault after fault. The staff say they will call and try and help and never do. You get completely fobbed off. Would never buy from here again. Avoid at all costs!
Update: a nightnare 2 years. So not only my complaints below but the vehicle was sold to me accident damaged! The Financial Ombudsman sorted that and i kept the vehicle. Big mistake. It's had no end of faults since and I'm back with the Ombudsman now because I've not had the car the last 10 weeks. Would 100% never ever buy from or recommend these jokers ever again.
