Thank you so much for your helping me. I was at the pilot and call them at 7am in the morning for jump start and they show up 10 minutes later and didn’t charge me anything. My truck running again best place.
Dave was by far the best service guy I’ve ran into at a KW facility. Despite being all the way from Louisiana he assured we felt right at home!
After having my compressor inlet temperature sensor replaced by a different shop nearby, these guys figured out that the wiring harness was also bad. They had the "pigtail" end to fix it right, and were kinda jazzed to be able to do it. I like the "old school mechanic" vibe of this place... like they REALLY know what they are doing. Thank you David and Cody and shop for the great service!!!
It's always been a bittersweet experience every time I come here. Bitter because my truck broke down lol (Who wants to go through that?) But it's always been a good experience doing business with these guys. They're respectful and they take good care of you.
They got my truck fixed when other places said they could buy didn't.
