These guys seemed ok at first but the closer it got to me having my vehicle all hell broke loose. These guys had to redo paper work twice after errors were found, while delaying me and having me think I was delaying the process with missing paperwork, that wasn't the case in actuality, they had me waiting over a week for my vehicle, insured yet still waiting.... I brought my son here to purchase his 1st vehicle and I couldn't have been more happy with Norman. Considering it was his 1st car purchase, Norman completely explained everything throughout the process and made everything smooth and easy.
