Richard was amazing; We had an unexpected issue with our undertray coming loose and this shop absolutely saved us. He got us in right away, took the time to show us exactly what happened, and explained everything clearly. He was genuinely kind, personable, funny, and clearly knows his craft. The whole experience felt honest and straightforward, and he was incredibly generous with what he charged. Fast, professional, and just a good human being. Highly recommend.
My drive shaft fell off on I-70 and I dropped it off at Motor Mouth and he ordered the parts and got it fixed the same day the parts arrived. I'm back on the road to CO and the wife is happy!
My Honda Civic Si was leaking antifreeze really bad. I called and spoke to the owner Rich. He was very helpful and got my vehicle in. He was very through and found the leak was coming from my temp valve that regulates how much coolant goes to the engine. He replaced the part for me. His labor rates are very well priced. A+ and he got me back on the road quickly. I will suggest him to everyone.
Richard was a lifesaver during the Thanksgiving weekend 2023! We were in the middle of a trip from Indy to Pittsburgh and broke down a few miles from his shop. Richard advised on a towing company, diagnosed the problem quickly and helped us get to a rental car location to get back home that night while he repaired the car over the holiday. We returned a few days later to retrieve our car that was very professionally done. Thank you so much for your kindness that weekend!!
Richard is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He kept me updated every step of the way and did an amazing job. He was willing to do a repair that others wouldn't (headers and new exhaust on a classic Mustang) and the finished product is amazing. Richard went above and beyond on my car, cleaning up wiring, and just overall making sure things were in good order. I'll definitely be back.
