Had an issue with our 3 way fridge in motorhome. I gave them a call and they offered a few suggestions . Said to call in and they would have a look at it. Problem resolved itself but wish to thank the crew for offering support and guidance. Not often due you find someone willing to help out at short notice.
Went to get our caravan repaired. Told them it should be under warranty, but call me before charging me anything. Caravan was there for over 3 months, they lost our keys until the day before we picked it up. Barely anything was done and they charged us upon pick up before getting our permission to do out of pocket jobs. Prior to pick up a sales lady offered to pay for anything that Jayco didn't approve because we needed our caravan so urgently. By far the most efficient and friendly service we've ever had.Josh was brilliant and nothing was to much trouble.Would definitely highly recommend Graeme the boss must be very proud to have such great staff.
