Apart from how long job took for mower repair.which seems to be the norm around here.very good job and very helpful.recomend highly
Had an issue with our 3 way fridge in motorhome. I gave them a call and they offered a few suggestions . Said to call in and they would have a look at it. Problem resolved itself but wish to thank the crew for offering support and guidance. Not often due you find someone willing to help out at short notice.
Went to get our caravan repaired. Told them it should be under warranty, but call me before charging me anything. Caravan was there for over 3 months, they lost our keys until the day before we picked it up. Barely anything was done and they charged us upon pick up before getting our permission to do out of pocket jobs. Prior to pick up a sales lady offered to pay for anything that Jayco didn't approve because we needed our caravan so urgently.
