I had a great experience buying a used car from this dealership. The service was excellent and very efficient. They even came in early to open the shop just to accommodate my early work schedule. Highly recommended!
I had a very bad experience with this dealership and would strongly advise others to be cautious. I was sold a vehicle that turned out to have a salvage title, and it felt like they either knew and didn’t disclose it or were extremely careless. There were multiple serious issues with the car that were not properly addressed. This Business completely wasted my time. We talked online and on the phone regarding a 2016 BMW X5 listed on Facebook Marketplace. Then they quickly stopped responding to my texts. After finally connecting I tried 3 times to have them drop off the car for a pre-purchase inspection. After ignoring my repeated requests to arrange a time...I made an appointment that they agreed to.....and of course they didn't deliver the car or show up for the inspection appointment...or even let me know that they hadn't.
