We recently purchased a used car for my son from Royal Car Sales, and very happy with the service and follow up we received from Zuffer and his team. The car is going well! I would definitely recommend checking out their cars, plenty to choose from.
I am not one to write a review and never thought l would write one about a car sales yard. l got such great service and empathy from a dealership that assisted me with circumstances out of my control that they could have benefited from, but they assisted me in a bad situation. This is a genuine honest business and will be my first point of call again to look for a car in the future, also.
Worst experience ever. I visited this dealership intending to look at an $8,000 vehicle and was flat-out refused a test drive by the salesperson. As an East Asian customer, the interaction was incredibly unprofessional and strongly felt like a clear case of racial profiling. The absurdity of the refusal was made even more obvious by the fact that I pulled up to the lot in my own 2021 BMW X5, yet I was still treated as if I wasn't a serious or capable buyer.
I bought Toyota 86 GT from here staff and everyone is very friendly and supportive they take care of everything if anyone looking for car this dealership is must to visit.
