Overall, not a great experience, especially with the financing agent Lisa. Besides the normal pushy sales approach without listening to what we wanted, they also neglected to tell us that they didn't accept electronic payments (even though there was a Point of Sale device right there on her desk). We then had to try to take out enough cash out of different ATM's and make numerous phone calls to our bank. A very satisfying experience with the entire staff, especially Dave Bremser and Lisa Pille. Dave was very patient with a ton of questions we asked and never once did we feel rushed and everything explained . One out of ten - definitely a 10! Lisa - so professional and yet we’ve known Lisa for years, she kept us well informed about warranties offered, etc., and felt very comfortable when discussing “money!”

Firstly, do yourself a favor a get a Toyota, even if you have to hold your nose and ask John Wayne for forgiveness. They're just better. With that out of the way, If scientists and philosophers worked together to turn a Toyota into a human, you would get Kelly Spiker. Unassuming and dependable, genuine and honest. Toyota sold me on the car. A guy like Kelly makes me want to buy the rest of my cars from him.
