I just wanted to send a shout out to the service department and Taylor at Spirit Lake Ford for a great experience on Memorial weekend Saturday! I had a bad tire coming in to town and was worried about getting in somewhere over the holiday weekend, Taylor helped me out with a compressor and got me in immediately and had me taken care of within the hour!! Great service !
Definitely would not recommend anybody buying a car from them if you do and you tell them you just want the car watch your paperwork close! they will still throw extras in…. They will claim to fix something but will use an excuse of a part being on back order to not have to do the job meanwhile you can go to a different dealership and they can help you right away!
Buying our truck was a A+ experience we were greeted warmly and treated like royalty!! Can’t express enough how impressed I was.
