John was amazing. very courteous and helpful. I bought a car off motor house and met john for the first time. He made me feel welcome and there was a natural warmth in personality. Showed me all the paperwork of the car and was an absolute professional gentleman. Would love to deal with him again.
Bought jaguar xf found out when I got home rear camera doesn't work and found out never work since November 24 after been fitted with aftermarket cheap Chinese crap by motor electrics company, warranty now not willing to pay for fix as it left motor house with the fault,this will cost me £600 asked John who was all nice at the sale ,told me point blank no,as he was unaware of this fault (liar) and regardless if he knew would not of replaced anyway.Asked him to go halves but said no . Went to view car at motorhouse John was nice guy gave us key to browse and test drive the car put full mot car was ready within a couple of days we picked the car up got free rac I absolutely love the car only it 4 days and very happy so far 😀
