Great experience and extremely efficient service. Popped in right on opening as my lightbulb was out and they sorted a new one within 15 minutes.
Absolutely awesome service. I've been trying to fix an issue for weeks and after caving in and calling a mechanic they managed to make time on the same day, diagnosed it, showed me exactly what and where the issue was, and then didn't take payment even after 10-15 minutes work. Every time I've been they've been super easy and reliable to deal with and have brilliant turnaround times. I can't recommend them enough, absolute lifesavers.
Amazing service and fantastic communication from Scott and his team at Motor Doctors Thorndon. They kept me informed throughout, searched for the cheapest option without compromising on quality, provided a courtesy car, and returned my vehicle freshly washed. A professional, easy experience from start to finish—highly recommend.
Scott and the team were incredibly helpful when our check engine light came on. They saw to us straight away and spent time clearly explaining what they found and gave us advice which was very reassuring.
I have been to a few mechanics in Wellington and wanted to check out a new place due to issues in the past with previous mechanics .I am happy to say that the service was terrific and soo fast too ! Good communication and understanding of my vehicle ..highly recommend !
