Sent equipment that was purchased from them in for calibration, received it back damaged due to them removing package foam from the crate that they provided, Numerous emails and calls were made to rectify the situation, the owner stated that they "have gone above and beyond for something that we are not responsible for" some repairs were eventually made to the equipment but some functions are still not working.
