This is by far one of the best car-buying experience that I had over the years ,and this comes from the person that owned 53 vehicles up to this point. These guys are THE BEST! Super friendly! The salesman John is the most honest, chill, and just an all around great guy. They sold me one of my dream cars. A 2012 GTI. I had the car for about 3 weeks and noticed it wasn’t going into gear occasionally while driving. I hit up John and they made me a deal and got it fixed along with an amazing rental car during the fixing process. 10/10 would recommend, 5 star rating! Within the last 4 years of staying in Syracuse, this has been my go-to spot the whole time, never got ripped, always solves my problem. Shop had a major renewal and equipment upgrade last year I believe, pretty promising to me that they want to run this place better than ever.
