They put a tire on my car wrong, it came off while I was driving, 8 had to have it towed and buy another tire from where I got it towed to. The owner wouldn't even give me a refund for that one tire, when I had purchased 3. Let alone having to have my car towed and going through the hassle because his guys didn't put my tire on right. I wouldn't go back. He was super rude and blamed me.
The customer service is good, but when I brought my car to them they took my tire off and showed me something that said my tire was bad. 2 months later the new tire they put on goes flat also, so I bring it back and buy another. 2 weeks later the newest tire goes flat, so they guy plugs the tire for me. I was charged 3 times for 3 services and the tire still went flat. Turns out it wasn't the tires after all but the rim of that wheel. The guys were nice and helpful. My husband was out of town and my tire kept going flat. I was so worried about it. I went to the tire shop at 6:30 after I got off work. I didn't know they closed at 6, but they told me that they would look at my tire anyway. They fixed me up with another tire and I was back rolling. I couldn't thank them enough.
I give motor city tire neg -3 stars. I bought a tire there that shredded two weeks later with my three kids in the car. they did not give me a receipt but in order to replace my tire they need a receipt. So after they tell me I need a Receipt and I told them they did not give me one the offer me a discont that i turned down why would anyone want to do businness with a company that dont follow there own rules 30 day guarentee.
