Called motor City steam team last minute to get my parents vents cleaned out. I spoke with the owner, Johnny, and he was very accommodating. He understood I needed this done ASAP and they came right out. They were professional, nice, VERY fast and pricing was affordable. I would recommend them to anyone needing there services. I had a sewage backup in my basement this morning. I did a search and found Motor City. When I spoke with the gentleman named John, he was professional and most important of all, courteous. The tech that was sent was on time and did a great job of cleaning all the nasty back up. Would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks for the prompt service John.
So at first we were pleased until a few months later everything started falling apart. First when they replaced carpet I said please not the cheapest carpet also not the most expensive well 2 months after job was done carpet was worn down. They replaced walls but when they put back up stairs railing it just came off because they put it on straight drywall no studs.
