I had a really great experience at Motor City of Ocala. Billy was extremely helpful, patient, and honest throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and worked hard to help me find a vehicle that fit my situation. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to help, not just make a sale. I truly appreciate all of his help and would definitely recommend asking for Billy if you go there!

Even though the car was a total loss, it did exactly what it was meant to do and kept my family safe. They weren't very friendly when I went in.They looked at me like I was crazy or something.I had an appointment to look at cars.But when I got there , they said they didn't have any wasted my time and gas, if they knew they didn't have anything, why did they make an appointment?Why did they have me come all the way over there?Looking for cars sucks
