Never showed up at all!!!! Promised to show up the next day and will make it up to us for ruining moving my 80 year old parents into assisted living, they Promised they would be there the next day at 10 am. No show again and wouldn't answer phone!!!! Couldn't even be mature enough to say hey things fell apart call someone else to move your 80 year old parents, nothing!!!! I hope karma is real, i really pray karma is real!!!
Where do I start? Initially called them to move my home. Had to push back the date due to closing being pushed back, very accommodating with that. Now onto moving day... 1.5 hours late. Was initially told about 5 hours on the phone, site unseen. Driver and 2 movers arrive, same thing "roughly 5 hours". Awesome!! Lets go! NOPE. Worst company. 10.5 HOURS START TO FINISH AND I MOVED A MILE AWAY. I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE, even if they said it would be free. The main mover Marcus, was great.
