I have lived here for almost 8 years and have never had an issue with anyone. The owners who bought it a few months ago have done a lot to clean it up, got rid of the trouble makers and did a lot of work on the place. I hope they don't sell it to someone else. They are good people.
Empty trailers falling apart all over the place. No I am not a tenant, someone I care about unfortunately is
THIEVES!! Sell you a trailer that they don't even own! Kept getting the run around about them getting the title for the trailer I purchased. Then get kicked out because they won't use the money I paid for the purchase of the trailer for back rent. Even their lawyer asked Brenda (office manager in California) "how do you sell a trailer you don't own?" ...
