Very low income, this trailer park is very run down!! Many condemned and old trailers in this park. It seems to be a safe neighborhood though. This trailer park is like a inner city camp ground. Not suitable for young children ages 3-16 in my opinion. The people in this park have lack of pride in their home in my opinion.
Recently moved here with my family and we couldn't be happier here ,it feels safe here ,kids can freely play,the neighbors are wonderful all our surrounding neighbors introduced themselves,we felt like we are where we're meant to be, we get help and work done when needed which was great right from the start they fixed any issues that happened on our first week to feel more comfortable.were happy our kids are thriving better than where we were at before feels great
