It was a great experience dealing with Motor City Hot Tubs from start to finish. My wife and I got a good deal after my extensive (and I mean extensive), shopping for a tub. Jordan was fantastic to deal with. He doesn't try to upsell at all and answers all of your questions and concerns. In fact, I recommended them to my neighbor who also purchased a tub there. You won't be disappointed at all buying from them. I bought mine in Nov. 2023 for reference.
First, let me say I have never left an unsolicited review in my life. But we bought a Swim Spa from Joe and his team at Motor City a year ago, and we had an amazing experience. When my 3 kids and I were considering a Swim Spa (wife wasn’t sold on it at the time), we shopped all over town, we’ve been to almost all of the stores. They never call back. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU.Never buy a hot tub from this store they don't give a dam after they sell it.I payed 750 dollars to have my hotub fixed thanks to glens fireplace and spa.and no thanks to motorcity.
Had an issue with my tub and Joe tried his best to ensure customer satisfaction and he did what was right in the situation
