Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! We recently purchased a hot tub and couldn’t be happier. Salesman Jordan was outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all our questions, and made the whole buying experience smooth and stress-free. The hot tub itself is amazing and has already become our favorite way to relax. Highly recommend both the product and Jordan

My wife and I recently bought a hot tub at Motor City Hot Tub and had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and made the hot tub buying experience seamless. The install Team was quick and thorough. Would definitely recommend buying a hot tub from Motor City Hot Tub

Horrible customer service… Management unwilling to take a bad situation and (at least) offer a compromise. Will steer everyone away from dealing with this company.

So sad a company can’t help their customers when issues arise. This company does not stand behind their product and customer service is horrible. In good faith, customer spent thousands of dollars and hot tubs break within a year no support from the company whatsoever to help fix issues. My family has had issues since day one with their hot tub. I would steer clear away from this company.

We had our Dynasty Aquex 13’ Swim Spa installed a week ago. Never having a hot tub of any kind I was in over my head with how everything worked. After speaking with Joe today he was able to answer my many questions. He is very knowledgeable. I only wish I would have reached out to him sooner, or that the company had reached out to us after installation to ask if we had any questions. Aside from the setup frustrations, we are happy with the spa and the kids are loving it!
