We had our Dynasty Aquex 13’ Swim Spa installed a week ago. Never having a hot tub of any kind I was in over my head with how everything worked. After speaking with Joe today he was able to answer my many questions. He is very knowledgeable. I only wish I would have reached out to him sooner, or that the company had reached out to us after installation to ask if we had any questions. Aside from the setup frustrations, we are happy with the spa and the kids are loving it!
Bought an hot tub from this place at the home And garden show in Novi. Was promised a 5 year warranty. After 2 years an $800 pump went out on my hot tub. MCHT told me sorry it’s not covered and our salesman was part time so we aren’t responsible for what he told you. Lesson learned.
I went during the weekend of a sale, and the representatives were very helpful. They explained every aspect of what was needed and went over everything with me so I could pick the right one. The delivery was quick and easy. They have also followed up with me to make sure there were no issues. Currently, this has been a great experience.
They were so helpful and educational on what spa would be best for us. Initially went in thinking one way and they helped us find the perfect fit!!! They have been so amazing since we received our spa and if we have any questions or concerns they are right there to help us! Would recommend buying from them every time.
Junk. And getting service is a joke. Leak in the new tub went on for 2 months. Also, waterfall is not working as it should. There is not much pressure coming out of the jets. My bathtub jacuzzi was way stronger per jet. Service said can't fix the waterfall. To speak with Joe, the manager, is nearly impossible. Jordan, a sales manager, was wonderful and came out to work on the waterfall. I give Jordan a 5 star. I'm very dissatisfied with the Dynasty Spa. Too many issues out of the gate.
