Update after owning a $23K swim spa for 5-6 months. I have tried calling 5-10 times to resolve this, Jordan the manager who sold us this swim Spa and ensured us we would never have issues, refuses to handle it. I’ve spoke to them saying he will call me back or to speak to Joe the GM - neither whom will actually return a call. We live in MI- we didn’t use our swim spa November to March this year, we had it delivered late fall, so we owned it a month before we closed it. I absolutely love my hot tub and the service was pretty good. However, I was promised a year supply of chemicals and my chemicals only lasted six months. Secondly, two of the cabinets popped out and they claim it’s not covered under warranty. I did have a handyman fix it and he believes it absolutely is a manufacturer thing. I don’t see how it’s not covered under warranty. It’s not excluded for sure. So those issues leave me scratching my head
