Tried the infrared sauna and it was great! I love the chill, zen vibe of the entire place. You almost feel all the stress of life melt away the moment you walk through the door.
Great time with my first ever float. Super relaxing and a really cool experience. Highly recommend if you haven’t tried it. The staff was top notch and the facilities were great.
It took me a while to get relaxed being my first time but after I did it was very awesome and felt very refreshing. Playing hockey and on my feet all day at work plus the gym I can definitely see the benefits of having a relaxing float and helping your muscles with recovery. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!!

About 15 minutes into a Normatec full leg session. This is really cool. It’s like a blood pressure inflation band for your whole leg(s)!
