No customer service any more. Take you business to Suburban Nut and Supply. They care about their customers. I was a 30+ year customer starting back when it was Motor City Nut and Bolt, but no more.
Since Motor City Industrial name change (Bobby sold the company) the prices have skyrocketed. They were a bit pricey before, but now it's ridiculous. Best to go online. There are much better prices. If you have to get it today I would check out Suburban on Groesbeck and last resort Motor City if you have to.
I don't know about the rest of the company but their Oxford Michigan location is beyond useless, please sell the business to somebody with some competence.
Only been there once (Aug 15 2022). Staff was awesome. Great experience. Thank you.
