Very nice trip, and the employees were wonderful!
They called and left a message canceling my reservation for 2 hours later because of 'the weather'. Its lighlty raining outside and the weather forecasts it will be done raining by our scheduled time until tonight, after they are closed. I called back 10 minutes later to no answer. I hesitated booking here too. When they first opened they were great. The past few years I'd used them they haven't been the same.
I had a fantastic experience with a group of friends. The staff was very friendly and responsive to my many questions and changes to my reservation. The river was a little shallow at the beginning of the trip, but they cannot control that. Overall, a pleasant experience!
Atwater treated us great!! The kayak trip down the river was beautiful!!
