I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Veloster on June 10th 2024 and upon the 10-minute drive home, I heard hissing from the engine (see video). The engine had visible smoke emerging from the engine since it was overheating. I was allowed to borrow a 2017 Chevrolet Sonic during these repairs but had to return it the next day because it was overheating and leaked fluid all over my driveway. After 1 month of repairs (4 total attempts) after the 4th attempt on July 9th I was told the car had a bad engine and it was not able to be repaired... read more
