WOW!!! This was way easier and friendlier than any of my local License Offices. Nicole was amazing and patient. I am setting up a new business and this was my first time using Motor Carrier Services. Government workers tend to get a bad reputation for being rude and nasty. Not Nicole. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much for your help, Nicole.

They just scam you for your money, provide incorrect information and then blame you. Really a joke, like someone else said it’s just a money grab from Missouri. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone in a timely manner via email or call. No one here actually knows what’s going on and/or want to assist you. Select few actually do their job & others got hired by word of mouth so it’s no surprise they don’t train their workers to actually work! Just like any government facility, it’s a money pit.
