They just scam you for your money, provide incorrect information and then blame you. Really a joke, like someone else said it’s just a money grab from Missouri. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone in a timely manner via email or call. No one here actually knows what’s going on and/or want to assist you. Select few actually do their job & others got hired by word of mouth so it’s no surprise they don’t train their workers to actually work! Just like any government facility, it’s a money pit.
I have had to call a ridiculous number of times lately to figure out everything from the portal to filings and have talked to over 5 different people. Every single one is extremely helpful, kind, and patient. They have never made me feel rushed and stay on the line with me until I have all of my questions answered.
