Very shady type of ownership. The vibe I got from them just showed a lack of integrity. It was almost like they just sell (or try to sell) any car to make ends meet. The place was very dirty and run down. I test drove several different cars and each of them showed sign of incapability. What a horrible place. They lie and scam. Had us drive 2 hours for a car than didn't have it. Wasted 5 hours of our time. Disgusting place. Please stay away from them, hopefully if they lose business they will close down. Stay away scammers.
Dealt with Jennifer through Facebook Market place. She wouldn't give me info about the vehicle, said come in to find out i just sell cars. They're in Apopka I'm in St Pete. Conversed throughout the day while driving that way. I let her know I'm on my way. When I got there was told the vehicle was sold today. Other vehicles of the same make listed on their website was also sold. Was told by the manager that it takes a few days to get them off the website. I wouldn't recommend them.

Im telling you what, I came in to Motor Car Concepts on Colonial and Tampa,not sure if i was able to get a car or not... Paul Kinney approached me and welcomed me , instantly i felt like family! Ali argued with the banks for atleast 20 minutes and finally they agreed to get my payments were i need them :)...Honestly if you have any doubts about any dealerships please Allow this dealership to earn your business. Worst place to buy your vehicle. They'll get you in a car alright! They get you approved but make sure you take a good mechanic cause after you leave the lot even if it's the same day that the vehicle has any type of issues they won't fix it. In my case they said they changed the brakes and they actually didn't...my vehicle sucks and now I am stuck with a car payment and over $1,500 to fix brakes, rotors, calipers, sensors issues in the motor...you name it! DO NOT BUY from these people!
Bought a car from here and use a finance company to pay for the vehicle. Almost a year later the dealership put a stop on the tag for "unpaid fees". I called them and they said they'll call me back. Did that happen? No. They probably would've used some BS excuse anyway. I pay every month for this car to the finance company. Not sure what fees could be there a year after while using a separate finance company.
these people are so far from professional that it makes me sick to believe that they're even in business still I purchased a 2006 325i BMW from them and ever since from the day I bought it I've had to replace the radiator water pump thermostat and they had zero interest and backing their 3000 mile 3 month warranty they will fix the car just long enough for you to drive it past three thousand mile warranty and then try to make it sound like they're doing you a favor by not charging you labor and for only the part when replaci... read more
