Supporting a family owned business like The Motor Cafe is important. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and embody a level of dedication which I consider rare in today's service and retail industries. Their strong team mentality is evident while their prices are extremely fair. Very happy with the support from the service team at the Motor Cafe. This is an honest bike shop that you can trust. TJ specifically took the extra effort to get an issue covered under warranty with KTM even though the bike’s warranty was technically expired. Communication throughout was great and they stand behind their work. I had a minor issue with my bike when I got it back from service and they took care of it quickly and at no charge. I am a returning customer and will continue to be in the future.
They recently did a stellar job replacing my swingarm on my Superduke after a track day low side. I supplied a used swingarm and they had no issues using my supplied parts, plus they didn't charge me extra when the quoted estimate went over time. Nothing but positive vibes at the Motor Cafe every time!
