Great dealer very knowledgeable and great service
The entire Motor Cafe team is outstanding and its always a pleasure to bring my Ducati in for service, check out the beautiful showroom, or even just hang out, have a coffee and talk bikes with the sales staff. I cant recommend this team enough for all of your service or sales needs for Ducati, KTM, or Husky. I always feel taken care of by them and appreciate the small things like the free bike cleaning post-service!
My Stark electric motorcycle needed repair. I took it to Motor Cafe for that. The service person listened to my problem and promptly filled out the paper work. The service people were friendly and caring and knowledgeable. They said the bike would be ready in 3 days. Sure enough, they called in 3 days and said it was ready for pick up. I really appreciate their service dept and I would recommend it to other motorcyclist. Rob L.
I had a really good time when getting my bike repaired at the motor café. I spoke with TJ and he was very helpful with scheduling an appointment and conducting the repairs. My motorcycle was under warranty and he contacted KTM got the warranty approval and got all the work done. He was also really good with calling me and keeping me updated with the progress and went above and beyond. I am really happy with the service I was provided. DJ went above and beyond highly recommended! Give this man a raise!!
