The buying process was super easy, their trade in price was fair. The salesman I dealt with (Nick) was not pushy, he just helped me buy the motorcycle I was looking for!!! I had a very good experience!!
Found a nice used BMW for sale and the bike was priced appropriately, in excellent condition and ready to go out the door. The experience was fast and hassle/ pressure free with a super easy and very nice experience. From sales, to finance and shop floor help, Motoprimo executes flawlessly and I would definitely go back.

I recently visited Motoprimo to look at some new snowmobile gear. I had the pleasure of working with Ethan H. He works specifically in apparel and was able to answer all my questions about different brands and after asking me a few questions was able to point me the right direction. After deciding on what I wanted I realized my credit card was expired. He offered to hold the jacket and bibs I decided to purchase until I got my new card.
