Alberto did an outstanding job in re-upholstering my VW R32 roof liner. Communication was great with Shaz and the pricing was very fair for the job. The shop was clean and well organized (was an important factor to me). I will definitely return in the future when the need arises.
I had a vision for my G63 in full Tiffany blue and Shaz & Richy brought it to life perfectly. The colour was spot on and they kept me updated with photos through every stage, documenting the whole process but not revealing the full car until the very end. Once everything was fitted back, it honestly felt like a brand-new car. The stitching is even better than OEM, and the seats are way more comfortable now with the crazy soft Italian leather. I gave my car here for servicing expecting professionalism, but the noise from my engine is still there. To make things worse, my fuel lid now has a dent. Highly careless behaviour by Ali and his team. I strongly discourage anyone from trusting them.
I went here to fix my wheel balancing issue, but it remains unresolved. Instead, my front bumper now has scratches that weren’t there before. Extremely disappointing experience, and I will never come back.
Took my car for brake service, but the sound while pressing the brake still exists. To add to the frustration, they returned my car with a cracked headlight. Completely unprofessional attitude from Ali and staff.
