Too bad there’s not a zero star rating. The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Received a recall on my $20k Suzuki. Said they could not order the parts without seeing the bike. I offered to ride it down and that was not good enough unwilling to order the parts even after I offered to show them the bike. Said that it would be six weeks because they were understaffed. My husband’s CanAm was taken in for warranty work, we had to consistently contact them about what about the repairs. They kept the bike for 3 months, after it was all said and done they damaged the clutch cover, then lied about it. When asked for an explanation there’s nothing but finger pointing and I don’t knows. This place is completely unorganized and the service department is a joke, if you care about your bike take it somewhere else!!
