Ordered some hard to find jetski parts from Motomonster. Fast Shipping easy to deal with! Would highly suggest to everyone!
I ordered two pants and they sent me one with the wrong size. It took me almost TWO MONTHS and several emails to receive the refund and IT WASN'T A FULL REFUND. First they sent me the wrong pants, then the return label was wrong, their email response times were very long, communicating over the phone was impossible (they just have an answer machine that redirects you to their email). The only reason I even gave a star was that is the only way I could post this complaint! I did not receive one of my packages. I was informed by UPS that they processed and sent a payment to the shipper (Moto Monster)on 10/07/20,for missing package. I am unable to reach Moto Monster by phone. There is only a recorded message stating phone are down and redirected to e-mail. I have nit yet received a response nor have a received a refund that UPS paid To Moto Monster.
