AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We naively purchased a motorcycle from this shop - before it was even home, the hidden damage became apparent. Thankfully, we purchased the warranty with it - but the warranty company refused to fix it because the bike was undriveable and should never have been sold. They told the dealer it was their responsibility. So we took the bike BACK to the dealer (an hour away) and they kept it for EIGHT WEEKS before fixing it very poorly and returning it. This is my second review for MotoMember because their service is outstanding = they stand out with service. This review is for Harold Taylor. This gentlemen works in the finance department. Finally got my Ryker on early review I wasn’t very happy with the delivery but after seeing the extra effort that Motomember‘s out of town delivery team made I will have to eat those words those guys brought that bike to me at 2 o’clock in the morning I know they were tired but the gentleman was so nice and the young lady was so nice I can’t say anything about the late delivery I wasn’t aware they had many other deliveries prior to my delivery so will give Motomember and their out-of-state delivery team five stars and thumb... read more

My wife and I just purchased a Sea Doo Fish Pro Jet Ski from MotoMember, Purcellville VA and it was a really positive experience from when we ordered it until I picked it up. Our Sales Rep Tyler really made it a pain free experience. I looked in my local area for a Fish Pro and the dealers here didn't seem that interested in customer service. I contacted this dealership after seeing the advertisement on the CycleTrader website. I was inquiring about purchasing a Spyder and trading my Can- am Ryker towards the purchase. I was contacted by a salesman :Billy the Spyderman" regarding my inquiry. Typical dealer. Found them on ATV Trader. They had some really good prices on 2019 Defenders. Called today to make a commitment. Of the 18 HD10’s that they have list on website none were available sold on Friday. Just a lure to get you in only HD10 available was a 2021.
