Finally got my Ryker on early review I wasn’t very happy with the delivery but after seeing the extra effort that Motomember‘s out of town delivery team made I will have to eat those words those guys brought that bike to me at 2 o’clock in the morning I know they were tired but the gentleman was so nice and the young lady was so nice I can’t say anything about the late delivery I wasn’t aware they had many other deliveries prior to my delivery so will give Motomember and their out-of-state delivery team five stars and thumb... read more
My wife and I just purchased a Sea Doo Fish Pro Jet Ski from MotoMember, Purcellville VA and it was a really positive experience from when we ordered it until I picked it up. Our Sales Rep Tyler really made it a pain free experience. I looked in my local area for a Fish Pro and the dealers here didn't seem that interested in customer service. Poor installation of Curtis Cab. Installation of heater core very poor. One of the hoses was so long it had 2 kinks in it. I purchased a Warn winch and another very cheap brand easy installed instead. My sales rep stated it happened because the mountain were out of stock. He stated he would gladly install the warn before Christmas. Upon further review the plate installed is universal and the Warn fits. I hope someone from Motomember reads this.
I contacted this dealership after seeing the advertisement on the CycleTrader website. I was inquiring about purchasing a Spyder and trading my Can- am Ryker towards the purchase. I was contacted by a salesman :Billy the Spyderman" regarding my inquiry. I spoke to him briefly regarding my interest at which time he inquired about the state of my credit and the physical condition of the Ryker which I stated was very good. Typical dealer. Found them on ATV Trader. They had some really good prices on 2019 Defenders. Called today to make a commitment. Of the 18 HD10’s that they have list on website none were available sold on Friday. Just a lure to get you in only HD10 available was a 2021.
