Unfortunately I’m forced to even give them ONE star or else I wouldn’t. They only want your money!! A big joke of a company, they do not care to help you in any way possible. Service department took a bike in for almost TWO MONTHS and didn’t even fix the issue. Every time you try to make an appointment to meet with management, they are “busy” or “unavailable”. Spoke with Felicia in finance concerning payment being reversed due to an issue with My Bank. Situation was quickly resolved and payment completed over the phone. I was given the pleasure of speaking with someone that not only knows her job but knows how to speak to customers showing the greatest respect. They sold me a bike under the presumption that I could tag it in North Carolina with a Florida License. Now they want me to return the bike and not refund me my down payment or the last 2 1/2 months of payments. Don’t do business with them

all I can say is great things about this place and alot of it goes to felicia.. They have worked with me and helped me along the way when things was tough felicia was very understanding and helpful... I tried to buy the bike I always wanted but couldnt never get approved...
