Great customer service. I have a 1997 BMW R1100 RT with old style Motolight auxiliary lights. I noticed after a recent trip one of the lights was out and contacted Motolight. I learned these old halogen lights are covered under warranty and they are shipping me a new set of halogen lights. Great!
Received 4 gift certificates at an event that I won in a raffle. They will only let me use one. Defeats the purpose in donating if you ask me. I will buy elsewhere.
Does not look like they are open anymore - do not return calls or emails. Shame, nice stuff but no support.
I've been riding a long time, and long ago, I realized what quality meant when it comes to motorcycles living in a harsh environment. I've seen too many fellow riders skimp on driving lights and buy cheaply chrome plated, or painted stamped metal wanna be driving lights, only to see those lighting systems rust out in 9 months due to corrosion from heat and moisture.
