Went in to get engine mount bolts rethreaded to fit my frame sliders and then they also glued my grips on which I didn’t ask for, then charged me for it, and did the job wrong.
Bought 2 motorcycles at Motoland in the last 2 years. Hamish and the crew were excellent to deal with. The motorbikes were in excellent condition and the delivery service was great. Highly recommend these guys.
Useless. Bikes Been in their shop for over a year. Got one thing fixed for them to stuff up my whole bike. Now my bike won’t start at all. I haven’t had any contact from them in over 6months IM the one chasing them up making phone calls etc not one from them in 6months on what the situation is with my bike. It’s still there an still no contact about it. I highly recommend you avoid this company an go elsewhere. Average at best,, Had a replacement clutch cable made,, simple instructions on what was required, made incorrectly first time with loose fittings, loose heatshrink, over length cable and ferrule bend backwards,, they also decided to reduce the cable from 2.5mm to 1.3mm, not sweet.. A quick search tells you it's supposed to be thicker to reduce the risk of failure under operation.. Took it back and they sorted the bend out, but just put electrical tape around the old heat shrink🤦♂️ wtf ...and the cable is still to long & th... read more
Thanks Motoland. Broke a chain on the Taihape to Napier road. Only motorcycle shop open on a Saturday afternoon. Back on the road 3 hours later. Life savers!
