Rich really knows his stuff! He is so knowledgeable and honestly trying to share as much detail with you as possible so you know what to do depending on how the bike handles. I won't go anywhere else for suspension work.
My fork seals were leaking and the front end of my bike just didn’t feel right. I took it to Ryan at MotoKinetix and he went above and beyond, not only did he fix the seals, but he also made a number of adjustments to the suspension and overall setup. The difference is night and day. The bike feels incredibly smooth now, and the forks are dialed in perfectly. Highly recommend Ryan and Motokinetix if you want quality work done right.
