Rating my experience thus far. Moving on from a terrible experience locally (after buying a few bikes from unnamed dealer), I was searching for a specific 2025 can am outlander. I came across Southbound and the reviews were very positive. Working with Jamie in sales has been great. I just committed to the Can Am and will make my 7-hour drive to pick it up next week. Very accommodating to work with from out of town. I’ll travel 7 hours any day for a dealer you feel will stand behind you.

DJ was great and this is the best most straight up and honest dealer I’ve ever bought a bike from, no BS, no pushy sales tactics that I absolutely can’t stand, and no trying to push crazy fees and things you don’t need on you unlike a certain big dealership up the road… loving my new KLX300, I think I have a new favorite bike! Came straight off my truck and went right to the dirt!

I was making a delivery to this location, and I was so happy to see that it was a motorcycle business. I walked in to look for a part for my motorcycle. The place was almost empty, with only one customer inside. The staff were very helpful, providing great service and giving me useful information about my motorcycle. However, at one point, a well-dressed man, who looked like the boss, told the employee assisting me to go back to work. I felt confused because he was already doing his job. Let me tell you what a great experience from the initial phone call to the follow-up the next day to coming into the store it was like a ray of sunshine compared to other dealers. Jamie was my sales person he did a great job of explaining everything to me and going over everything. DJ helped me with my financing and went over every aspect of safety and my service and warranty.
