My first experience at this place was excellent. The customer service at the front counter was outstanding—Linda was especially helpful, clearly explaining the costs and performance. I got a great deal on front and rear tyre replacement for my BMW 850GS. Highly recommended.

My company currently embroiled in a pending litigation with this mob. Incorrectly identified a model and when we ordered parts accordingly that ended up wrong it was our fault apparently. Now we all make mistakes, but the way the scenario was completely turned around onto us, then add being told we would be charged a restocking fee which is against consumer law for incorrect parts supply just added fuel to the fire.
