I visited the store to look at a bike, but unfortunately received no assistance. Despite there being no other customers, a staff member walked past me multiple times without offering any help. It was a very disappointing customer service experience. Waste of time
My company currently embroiled in a pending litigation with this mob. Incorrectly identified a model and when we ordered parts accordingly that ended up wrong it was our fault apparently. Now we all make mistakes, but the way the scenario was completely turned around onto us, then add being told we would be charged a restocking fee which is against consumer law for incorrect parts supply just added fuel to the fire.
