I am amazed this place is even open. The owner simply does not get the concept of the customer service. I had my bike in there for over 1 month for routine maintenance. Last week the service tech told me it the parts were in and the bike would be ready this past weekend. When I called today to make sure it was ready the service tech totally forgot what he had said to me last week. As a matter of fact he said the parts aren't even in yet. 1 month!!
