Highly recommend MotoEbikes in Guildford - the customer service is superb, the selection available is exemplary and competitively priced too, the purchasing process was extremely simple. I required delivery which wasn't a problem and I was really pleased to hear they use their own van and driver. The delivery was exactly when they said it would be, the driver was informative and careful with the bike, and just as friendly as Deborah and Lee!
All staff at MotoEbikes gave absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish. They went above and beyond dealing with my order, kept me updated and delivered on time and made my son one very happy lad. Thank you to you all and I give you a 10 star rating.
I started riding bikes in the 80's. Worked my way up to a GPz550, had an accident (not my fault), and stopped for a while. Speed forward to 2022 - Given the ever increasing price of fuel and my need to only really do short trips I decided to pick up biking again. I bought a Horwin CR6 to see if I could still hack it / enjoy it (Battery power seemed a bit of an investment, but less time spent on maintenance and more time riding appealed to me). And I did. Deborah and Lee were 100% perfect from my first enquiry, to ordering my bike and the collection of my new Surron! They offer much more than a sell it and ship it service, they are very helpful and knowledgeable of the eBike market, something that I am very new to, I did have a few silly questions...
