It's the Rockieast terrian we have ever taken theZrZ and our truck when we went! If you like going extremely slow and climbing boulders then it's for you . Also found trees down across paths and could not go over them not cool at all. People are friendly here they have a pond area to go swimming, beautiful views to see , boating and fishing also they have camping.
Let me start by saying, yes it is more rock than groomed flat trails. There are some steep loose inclines on the blue and orange trails but other than that, any decent UTV can do it. We did Green, Blue and Orange trails on a Zforce Sport 4 on 30s and had zero issues. The views here are amazing and well worth it just for the camping experience. Facilities are well taken care of and clean. Management was extremely friendly and took time to explain and go over each section of trails as well.
